Rio Hondo Consulting is led by a hospitality executive with direct operating experience across major hotel groups, including leadership roles within Hyatt Hotels Corporation and MGM Resorts International.

That operating background informs the firm's work in real estate finance and acquisition structuring - built on the premise that sound financial strategy for hospitality assets has to start with an understanding of how those assets actually run, day to day.

The firm works selectively, with a small number of clients and partners at a time, on hospitality real estate finance, lodging operations, and asset strategy across California and Colorado.
